Hasan Habib

Hasan Habib, is a multidisciplinary designer and a Founder and CEO at Designist. He creates meaningful experiences and enables companies to transform their business through design. Working on creating positive social impact is at the core of his values. He holds two Masters Degrees in Digital Media Management and Digital Experience Design from Hyper Island. In addition he is a speaker and trainer on the subjects of Design Thinking, User Experience Design and Service Design. Check him out on @haboodle on Instagram, where he reconnects with his artistic side by capturing his imagination and spontaneous thoughts.

Ujala Mir

Ujala is a Partner at Designist, she splits her time between Service Design and Finance. As a Service Designer she works on researching human behaviour and large systems surrounding products and services, and creating solutions that address their needs. She began her career as a CPA/CA at PricewaterhouseCoopers Canada, and found a perfect fit for her skills as a designer when she joined Designist. Her interests outside of work are crossword puzzles, hiking, and reading books that reflect the world around us

Suleman Shahid

Suleman Shahid is a Partner at Designist and is also working as an Assistant Professor in Computer Science at Lahore University of Management Science (LUMS) where he directs the Computer Human Interaction and Social Experience Lab (CHISEL), manages the University’s Usability Lab, and is the Faculty Lead for the Facebook Innovation Lab at LUMS. Suleman received his PhD in Human Computer Interaction in 2011 from Tilburg University and PDEng in 2007 in User System Interaction from the Eindhoven University of Technology. Prior to joining LUMS, he has worked at Tilburg University, the Eindhoven University of Technology, PHILIPS Research (High Tech Campus), TNO Human Factors in the Netherlands and Fraunhofer FIT, Germany

Muhammad Hamza Siddiqui

Hamza is a Senior UI/UX Designer at Designist. With a background in Communication Design, his role revolves around designing accessible and intuitive experiences for clients in Home Automation, Banking & Venture Capital. Hamza has graduated from University of Karachi with a Bachelors of Design and is currently pursing his Masters in Psychology. Apart from design he loves to travel and photograph.

Anum Haroon

Anum is a Senior UX Designer. Her work revolves around creative direction and strategy, and making sure that interactions with technology feel effortless and enjoyable. Prior to Designist, Anum worked as a UX Designer at Chisel. She has a Masters in Computer Science from the Lahore University of Management Sciences. Outside of work, she enjoys indulging in digital art, spending time in nature, and perfecting her strawberry cheesecake recipe.

Hamza Farooqui

Hamza leads Strategy at Designist. His role involves working on both product and service design projects and helping scale the company. In his previous role, Hamza spent three years working on strategic initiatives in the digital payments space at HBL. He has a MSc. in Finance from the Cranfield School of Management, and a BSc. in Economics, Finance and Management from Queen Mary, University of London. Outside of work – he enjoys spending time with his dogs, playing sports, and learning about great tech companies and leaders

Waqar Ahmed

Waqar is a UI/UX Designer. With experience across multiple industries, his role involved designing convincing solutions for our clients problems. He began his career as a graphic designer in the advertising industry, and has gradually moved toward product design. Waqar graduated from Karachi University with a degree in Graphic Design. He’s a tech enthusiast and loves to learn about how new technologies work.

Zainab Haider

Zainab is an Associate UI/UX Designer. As a keen illustrator, her role revolves around supporting the team during the project lifecycle. Her role allows her to learn more about people and how to positively impact their lives. She graduated from Karachi University with a degree in Graphic Design. Zainab is a big fan of anime, with her favourite being Naruto.

Qutaiba Rohan Ul Haq

Qutaiba is a UX Researcher. His role includes assisting the team by conducting research appropriate to the project goals. He has an undergraduate degree in Computer Science from the Lahore University of Management Sciences. Prior to Designist, Qutaiba was involved with Chisel. He enjoys playing sports, reading, and writes occasionally.

Samia Asif

Samia is an Associate UX/UI Designer. She is a driven computer system engineer with a passion for designing and developing innovative solutions that improve user experience. Samia has a Bachelors in Engineering from Dawood University of Engineering and Technology. Her work primarily revolves around Web/Mobile UI & Web Development. She is an occasional book reader and a keen storyteller.

Fatima Nooraen

Fatima is an Associate Service Designer. Her role involves studying different businesses to implement a human-centered approach to their products and services. She has an undergraduate degree in Communication and Design with a minor in South Asian Music from Habib University – where her research revolved around designing for financial literacy, and entrepreneurship education. Her other interests include reading fiction books, playing violin, and eating Samyang noodles obsessively.

Mehboob Hussain

Mehboob is the technology assistant at Designist. He handles logistical and technical challenges.

Khadim Hussain

Khadim is the resident office assistant at Designist. His hobbies include making sure everyone has eaten food, and making a 10/10 cup of tea.
