Introduction

HOW IT BEGAN

COLABS is Pakistan’s largest co-working space, designed to help people and businesses grow. With a focus on collaboration and innovation, COLABS provides a supportive platform for entrepreneurs in Pakistan.

our role

COLABS approached Designist to enhance their brand and improve the user experience for their co-working members. We were brought on to develop the brand and improve both service and space design.

Collaborating with Stakeholders

Designist worked closely with COLABS stakeholders to understand their needs, which guided a focused four-day design sprint. We reviewed research findings, identified key challenges, generated ideas to improve service, and assessed both the physical space and brand to align with community goals.

Two days of our design sprint were kept for;
  • presenting research findings
  • discovering patterns & issues and
  • discovering opportunities though which challenge
    statements were crafted upon

Gathering these data points allowed us to generated
ideas for delivering an enhanced service.

The third day of the sprint was devoted for space design
where all stakeholders took a room- by-room
walkthrough and re-assessed and evaluated the floor
plans, based on insights gathered through research
findings. The last day was dedicated for re-evaluating the brand;
it’s mission, vision, values, personality and the tone of
voice.

Creating an experience

Our findings to the COLABS team contain a detailed
description of the research questions and insights along
with the challenge statements and their ideation.

Our Recommendations

We provided COLABS with a detailed report, including key insights, improved floor plans, and a set of recommendations aimed at enhancing the overall member experience.
