Introduction
HOW IT BEGAN
With more than 6500 servers across the world, Pure VPN is one of the world’s leading
virtual private network providers
problem we were trying to solve
Pure VPN approached us in order to revamp their brand identity, in addition to improve
their product in terms of its usability.
our role
We partnered with PureVPN to conduct extensive usability tests, and build out a brand
identity that resonates with their evolving set of users.
Design Process
To ensure that the correct problems were being filtered
out and worked on: we conducted several user-testing
sessions with users across the globe.
Once these insights were distilled, we moved towards
defining an evolved information architecture that could
be implemented across various digital platforms.
Co-Creation Sessions
Creating a solid base for a huge platform was only made
possible by having frequent co-creation sessions
with the product teams and other stakeholders.
Design System
We developed a holistic design system which included
building blocks of their product’s user interface, along
with the rules and guidelines for future development and
scalability.
Art Direction
Lastly, to ensure a sound brand positioning in their applications, we collaborated with PureVPN’s marketing team to decide on a brand identity that reflects the values and vision of PureVPN.
The outcome portrays an identity that is playful, interactive, yet committed to its core product offering.
